Every area of Terra Saronia has been designed with an emphasis on comfort, functionality and a continuous connection with the natural landscape.

Kitchen and living room

The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, hobs, a fridge, a Nespresso coffee machine and a filter coffee maker, as well as all the necessary utensils for preparing your meals.

In the same bright and welcoming space is the living area, where a comfortable sofa with a sea view easily converts into a spacious double bed.

The space also features a television and a folding table with six chairs, so that you can comfortably enjoy your breakfast or meal.

Workspace

A quiet and bright workspace has been created in the corridor, equipped with a desk and a chair.

Natural light enters through a distinctive glass block wall, creating a pleasant environment for work, study or creative activities.

Bedroom

In the bedroom, a comfortable double bed awaits you with a lovely view of the sea, for peaceful and restful nights.

The room also features a wardrobe, a mirror and a comfortable armchair, which easily converts into a single bed, providing an extra sleeping space when needed.

Bathroom

The fully renovated bathroom features a spacious walk-in shower, as well as all the essentials for a comfortable and refreshing shower.

Courtyard and outdoor areas

The courtyard of Terra Saronia is a natural extension of the house and offers unobstructed views of the sea and the Saronic landscape. It is a space designed for moments of peace, from the first coffee of the day to relaxing under the starry sky.

An unusual rockery, a small pond and the lush green garden, landscaped on the natural slope of the hill, create an authentic setting that follows the character of the place.

In the outdoor seating area, you can enjoy your breakfast or a drink, read a book, and let your gaze wander across the blue of the sea. After your swim, the outdoor shower with hot and cold water offers yet another pleasant experience of contact with nature.

Stone, pebble, soil and natural vegetation combine harmoniously, keeping the courtyard simple, earthy and completely integrated into the environment.

Comfort in every space

The property has air conditioning for a comfortable stay all year round. All doors and windows are fitted with insect screens, so you can enjoy the fresh air and the sounds of nature without being bothered by insects.
